Leili and Aaron's wedding at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco was a celebration of love. When I think back on their special day, the word 'elegant' comes to mind. Aaron is so adoring on Leili and it's really beautiful to see their love.
About the Venue
This was my first time shooting at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco. I absolutely love the Skyline Event Space. Located on the 36th floor of the hotel, you get the most amazing views of the city. The location of the venue is ideal for couples who want to host a San Francisco wedding in the heart of the city. I was also pleased to be working with the lively team of Mandy Scott Events. Mandy's planning and design work is always seamless. Working with such professionals makes my job easy. Aaron emailed us that he and Leili felt blessed "to have had a well-choreographed affair due to significant planning and the professionalism of a variety of vendors and hotel staff." I love the phrase "well-choreographed" because that's a perfect description of what it was like to work with all the professionals involved.
The Love Story
Here's the couple's love story as they shared with us: Leili and Aaron were introduced to each other in 2015 by a family member. They spent many nights in San Francisco visiting a variety of romantic neighborhoods, dining, dancing and laughing together. Shared passions include traveling and attending live musical performances. Aaron proposed to Leili on a warm fall evening at Tilden Point in Berkeley, with the entire Bay Area beneath their feet.
Growing up half way around the world from each other, Leili and Aaron feel very lucky to have found love and happiness in one another and are excited to carry on in the journey of life together side by side.
Personally, I love how much they realize they're lucky to find each other when the world is a great big place. It's just part of what makes their love so beautiful.
Thank you Leili and Aaron for allowing us to be part of your special day! Wishing you all the happiness in the world! Congratulations on finding each other.
