James Leary Flood Mansion | San Francisco
An Iconic San Francisco Wedding Overlooking the Bay
-
Perched high above Pacific Heights, the historic James Leary Flood Mansion is one of San Francisco's most distinctive wedding venues. Its grand architecture, elegant interiors, private courtyard, chapel, and sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay and Golden Gate Bridge create an extraordinary setting for a wedding in the city.
Kaila and Mark celebrated their wedding entirely at Flood Mansion, from their ceremony in the chapel through cocktails and an elegant reception inside the mansion.

Flood Mansion feels unmistakably San Francisco.
I love photographing weddings here because there is so much variety within one property. The architecture and historic interiors are beautiful on their own, the library gives us an intimate setting for portraits, the chapel makes the ceremony feel incredibly special, and then you step outside to some of the most iconic views in the city.
It has grandeur without feeling like a hotel or ballroom. You're celebrating inside a real San Francisco mansion, surrounded by history, with the Golden Gate Bridge and the Bay just beyond the windows. There are very few venues that could belong so completely to one city, and that's what makes Flood Mansion such a remarkable place to photograph.
