Making people happy means using my lens to show inner beauty, authentic emotions, and life’s precious/fleeting moments. Making people happy means giving them a different perspective, a different angle from which to see their most cherished spaces- whether a gourmet kitchen or cozy reading nook. Making people happy means crawling on the ground to catch the exact moment their dog picks up a ball. Or wading knee-deep into the San Francisco Bay to catch the wave hitting the sand just as my clients’ footprints are washed away. I work hard at what I do, and I am proud to call myself a photographer. A photographer of life, love and beauty."
MY APPROACH TO WEDDINGS
Weddings celebrate love and community. Throughout my 20+ years of photographing weddings, I've been documenting stories of all kinds. The wedding may change style and format, but the universal truths remain the same. Everyone deserves to feel loved and a sense of belonging. From the emotions of the day to the details of the event, i am committed to capturing it all, weaving it together as part of your own personal story. The photos evoke emotion and tell a story, your story. I work in a true color and black and white palette, creating lasting portfolios that will withstand the test of time.
MY STORY
My mother is an artist and my father was an engineer…having completed a degree in engineering in 1993, I found myself struggling for the left/right brain career. Born in PA, I moved to San Francisco in 1993 and began assisting a wedding photographer in 1999. By the year 2004 I found myself taking the leap to follow my passion. I discovered that photography is the perfect technical and artistic balance. I currently reside by the beach in El Granada, CA with my husband and three French Bulldogs. When I'm not photographing, you will find me seeking airstream adventures with my family.

We offer photography and cinematography services for any sized wedding: elopements, micro weddings, and full and multiple day weddings. If you’re not sure how much time you may need, don’t worry, I will help figure that out. Tell me your plans and I’ll create a schedule that includes everything to tell your story. In my reviews you will find continued praise for my confidence, elegance, creativity, and ability to put my clients at ease, allowing them to relax in front of the camera. My wedding, fine-art, equine and interior work is featured numerous publications. I am your lead photographer and your editor. Your best self is in my hands!

I BELIEVE IN LOVE at first sight and marrying your best friend. The best thing you can hope for out of a marriage or whatever type of life commitment you make to another person is that you will grow together, bettering each other.

Life is about MAKING MEMORIES. It's about the people you meet and the memories you create with them. Our home is filled with three french bulldogs named (Chicken, Waffles and Latte) and a parrot (Jimmy). Traveling is tough, so we van camp!
FAMILY IS EVERYTHING.
FAMILY IS EVERYTHING - both the one you're born into and the one that you create (furry creatures count). Never take them for granted. Life is too short for all of us. I have four half sisters and a half brother. This is my mom's three girls (including me) and her two grand daughters. #Girlpower
DREAM BIG.
DREAM BIG and do what you love and do it often. Without big dreams, I wouldn't have had the experiences that I've enjoyed in my lifetime. This horse's name is Buckle Bunny and I can't actually ride a horse like this...but I'll try anything once and twice if I like it!
FOLLOW YOUR HEART.
I met my husband Travis at Burning Man in 2007. It was love at first sight. We came home from that adventure and moved in together a few days later. Three years later we married at Burning Man, under a dear friends statue - surrounded by strangers and our friends and family who were brave enough to make the trip to the playa to celebrate! I believe if you FOLLOW YOUR HEART, you will live the life you deserve.
