Can you work within a detailed production schedule?

Yes. We work directly from run-of-show documents, production schedules, and shot lists, coordinating with planners and production teams so photography fits into the program rather than slowing it down.

What is your turnaround time?

Standard delivery is within 48 hours. Same-day selects and expedited delivery are available when your communications or social teams need images immediately.

Do you offer same-day photo delivery?

Yes. Same-day selects can be edited and delivered during the event for social media, press, internal communications, and event recaps.

Can you photograph multi-day conferences and events?

Yes. We regularly cover conferences, leadership retreats, executive meetings, corporate celebrations, and multi-day programs. Additional photographers can be added for concurrent sessions or larger programs.

Can you provide photography and video together?

Yes. Photography and video are planned as one coordinated team, allowing us to cover the same program without competing for access or interrupting the event.

Can you provide on-site headshots?

Yes. We can create a professional headshot studio at your conference, office, or event and photograph executives, speakers, or large teams efficiently within the existing agenda.

How are the photographs delivered?

Final images are delivered through a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads and easy sharing for your marketing, communications, and event teams.

What usage rights are included?

Corporate photography includes broad usage for your company's marketing, communications, social media, websites, press, and internal use. Expanded licensing or copyright buyouts can be arranged when required.

Are you insured, and can you provide a COI?

Yes. Arrowood carries professional liability and business insurance, and a Certificate of Insurance can be provided when required by your venue or organization.

Do you travel?

Yes. We photograph corporate programs throughout California and travel nationally and internationally for conferences, retreats, meetings, and destination programs.
