When Sarah from Horse and Style Magazine asked me if I would be interested in shooting a "Barn Envy" article for her magazine - I jumped at the opportunity! If you follow me, you know I love animals and I am totally obsessed with barns! I was greeted by three darling labs and I drove up to to Eagle Point Equestrian in Livermore. Soon after owner Gundi appears with her big smile and 'do anything' attitude.Â
The barn is exquisite - designed by John Blackburn, owner of Blackburn Architects. There's so much natural light, you feel like you're in someone's home. Of course when I'm shooting for magazines, I try to also shoot for the owner of the facility. We managed to capture a great portrait of Gundi and her beloved pups as well as her beloved Indy.Â
